all of the items on this site are handmade, and as such take time to be created. please be patient in receiving your items. all are made-to-order so it will take 1-4 weeks for the item to be made and shipped out.

what does made-to-order mean?
made-to-order means that the items are not in stock and only commence production once you have placed an order. however, in some circumstances, some pieces may be held in stock due to returns and restocks on best-selling items. if you are on a time constraint, feel free to contact us to confirm available products in stock!

local pickup:

the local pickup option is offered only if you are local in philadelphia to come pick up your order. The local pickup is located in south philly and the full address will be shared with you once it is ready.

please do not schedule a pickup until you receive notification that your order is ready. the same 1-4 weeks production time applies to local pickup orders.
